We had a great time in Crystal River, Florida visiting my wonderful in-laws.
The Ballerinas impressed me when they baited their hooks with live shrimp.
They usually don't like to come in direct contact with nature.

Daughter #2 caught quite a fish the moment she threw her line in the water. It took a long time to reel it in. |

Daughter #1 caught a Toad Fish. If this isn't the ugliest fish in the world, I don't know what is. |

Here's a close up of the Toad Fish. It was comically ugly. |

A crab that Neil caught. In addition to the weird things we caught, we also pulled in some normal fish. |

We got to do some snorkeling at a little place called Shell Island. It had a mini-beach made up entirely of broken sea shells. |

Our favorite restaurant in Crystal River. Great food and an unusual atmosphere. The owner came to the U.S. as a teen and is just a little patriotic. |

Fun at Jimmy Buffet's Margraritaville restaurant just outside Universal Studios. Great food and a truly fun place to eat. |

We had a blast but had to wonder what the employees think about hearing "Margaritaville" and "Volcano" twice per hour. |

On our last day we had about a dozen dolphins swimming around us. Very, very cool. |

We had a manatee swim right up to our boat! He greeted us then moved on. |
